Product Overview
The lightweight flat gate valve is a parallel single gate structure with an integrated cast or welded valve body. It has full bore design, light weight, self-cleaning valve seat sealing surface, low torque, compact structure, and no need for daily maintenance. It plays a role in guiding/cutting off pipelines and is suitable for media such as oil, gas, and water. It is mainly used in oil storage tank areas or places requiring small space and light weight.
The design and inspection can comply with standards such as API 6D, GB/T 19672, JB/T5298, API 598, GB/T 26480, etc. The fire safety meets the requirements of API 6FA and has passed test certification. NACE anti-corrosion and acid resistance are optional, and ISO 15848 low leakage is optional.
